QC / PPAP Coordinator reports to the Quality Director. This individual will maintain and submit PPAP documentation to customers to ensure builds meet the customers drawing and specifications. PPAP includes PFMEA, control plan, process flows, creation of operators inspections sheets, performing cap studies, dimensions, submitting IMDS, print notes, PSW, Product specs, Ballooned prints, master part samples, CPK's, MSA, Knowledge of GD&T, and performance tests. This individual will report to the Quality Director.

The ideal candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and word. Have the ability to maintain traceability between supplier and customer PPAPS. Have the capability to learn our customers portals for the submission of PPAPs. Must know how to complete internal audits and have good time management skills.
