Position Summary
The Well-being Coach utilizes a collaborative process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to engage and promote members in decisions related to achieving and maintaining their optimal well-being.
The goal is to support members in identifying and achieving their own personal goals across any of the six dimensions of wellness including physical, emotional, social, financial, purpose, and character strengths.
In utilizing motivational interviewing and active listening skills, this person provides coaching and support to empower the member to meet their personal wellness goals and sustain long-term positive behavioral change. The role also includes assessing a member’s appropriateness for coaching and coordination into other levels of care and/or resources as needed. Additionally, the Well-being Coach develops and monitors established plans of care, in collaboration with the member, in order to meet the member’s goals.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
