Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services, utilizing warm calling techniques to build rapport and trust

• Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills to maximize opportunities
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Assist with marketing campaigns by reaching out to targeted audiences and providing product information
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or online communication channels
• Collaborate with the sales team on technical sales processes, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate with a strong interest in sales or business development
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and listen actively
• Basic understanding of CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, telemarketing, or outbound calling is a plus
