StoneX USA – Now Hiring for Chicago Branch (Opening Soon)

StoneX USA is expanding and opening a new Chicago branch in Elk Grove Village (Lively Blvd) within the next month. To support our growth, we are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for the following roles:

Open Position:

Inside Sales Associate

• Support walk-in and phone customers
• Prepare quotes and process orders
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stone, cabinetry, building materials, or wholesale sales
• Strong communication and customer service

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through cold calling, lead generation, and direct outreach to expand our customer base.
• Manage assigned territories effectively by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication, upselling, and account management strategies.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development efforts and increase brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines and analyzing performance metrics.
• Ability to conduct compelling product demos and technical sales presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic sales plans.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
