We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their insurance policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working with computers. Prior experience in an insurance related field is required to be considered for candidacy.
