Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Assisted Living Marketer to support our marketing team in promoting our assisted living services. This paid internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will assist in executing multichannel marketing strategies, enhancing our online presence, and contributing to outreach initiatives that highlight our commitment to quality care.

Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and website channels.
• Support content creation efforts, including writing compelling copy for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve online visibility and organic search rankings.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Support advertising efforts through paid channels such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to attract prospective residents and families.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on research projects to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and community outreach opportunities.
• Assist in maintaining website updates using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and visual appeal.
• Participate in marketing automation initiatives to streamline communication workflows and enhance campaign performance.

Experience

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and email marketing platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles, content marketing strategies, and social media management.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus for content creation tasks.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to clarity and engagement.
