Position Overview

We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hygienist who is passionate about patient education, preventive care, and building lasting relationships with patients. Whether you are an experienced hygienist or a newer graduate, we welcome candidates who are eager to contribute to a positive, team-oriented practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education
• Perform periodontal charting and take digital x-rays as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and overall oral health
• Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Follow all infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current and valid Dental Hygienist license (state-specific)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards
• Experience with dental technology and electronic charting is a plus
