Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods essential to our technical service operation. This role requires an understanding of technology hardware and software as it applies to business IT needs, along with expertise in procurement management, inventory control, and logistics.

Duties

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals, including sourcing, and supplier management.
• Create quotes for client purchases and manage procurement cycle for orders and deliveries.
• Manage end-to-end purchasing processes to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
• Inventory management, inventory control, and supply chain activities to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information for audit purposes.
• Receive, check-in, and inventory product.

Experience

• Proven experience as a procurement specialist or in a similar procurement leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong analytical abilities to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working within an Information Technology department with a basic understanding of desktops, laptops, networking equipment, software terminology and specifications.
