The Role

No two days are alike.

One morning you may be helping clients from the service desk, solving technical issues and saving someone's day. That afternoon you could be deploying hardware at a client site, onboarding a new company, troubleshooting a network issue, or helping a business recover from an unexpected problem.

We don't believe in putting people into tiny boxes.

You'll gain experience across Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, hardware deployments, client projects, and customer service—all while working alongside people who genuinely enjoy helping each other improve.

You'll wear multiple hats because that's how you become a well-rounded IT professional.

Sometimes you're the first voice our clients hear.

Sometimes you're the face of Quo Vadis walking into their office.

You'll also help onboard new clients into the Quo Vadis Operating System, giving them their very first taste of what makes working with us different—and your first opportunity to turn them into lifelong Raving Fans.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional technical support by phone, email, remote access, and onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, networking, VPN, and workstation issues.
• Set up computers, onboard new employees, deploy hardware, and configure business technology.
• Manage your ticket queue while meeting SLAs and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
• Know when to solve a problem yourself and when to collaborate or escalate.
• Own issues from start to finish with clear communication and excellent documentation.
• Visit client offices to install equipment, solve technical challenges, and represent Quo Vadis professionally.
• Onboard new clients with minimal disruption while ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
• Continuously improve client environments by helping them meet Quo Vadis standards for performance, security, and reliability.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, loves learning, and takes pride in doing things the right way. The ideal candidate is dependable, driven, and enjoys building strong relationships with clients while delivering an exceptional experience.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment where priorities change quickly and no two days are the same.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, common business applications, user account administration, password resets, printers, and workstation support.
• Working knowledge of basic networking, including VPN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and common network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Active Directory user and computer administration.
• Comfortable setting up, deploying, and supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other business technology.
• Local to Matthews, NC and able to work on-site every day, with the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
