Superior Plastics is an employee-owned injection molding company in Central Ohio. We specialize in injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and assembly work. As a smaller manufacturing business of approximately 150 employees, we are looking for a well-rounded IT professional who can support day-to-day technology needs while also helping improve how information flows through our business and plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage internal network, hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.

· Respond to IT support requests and replace or upgrade equipment as needed.

· Support and maintain manufacturing-related information in Plex ERP.

· Improve the flow of information from Plex and other systems to the plant floor.

· Manage IT security, user access, backups, updates, and related safeguards.

· Work with manufacturing teams to connect IT systems with machinery for data collection.

· Develop or support software, reports, integrations, or tools that improve business processes.

· Spend time on the plant floor learning operations and helping employees get the information they need.

Ideal Candidate

· Hands-on, practical, and comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments.

· Strong general IT knowledge, including networks, computers, servers, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting.

· Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems; Plex experience is a plus.

· Able to communicate well with both technical and non-technical employees.

· Interested in understanding manufacturing processes and using technology to solve real business problems.

· Capable of balancing daily IT support with longer-term improvement projects.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
