Servers should have guest service experience, comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

Day in the Life:

• Provide friendly, quality hospitality to each guest
• Anticipating and reacting to guest needs
• Consistently and accurately using cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
• Develop positive working relations with all restaurant team members and work as part of a team to reach a common goal
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
• Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
