This position supports critical business applications for the Real Estate Investment Department. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining applications in the production environment. The production Management Consultant will respond to and work on incidents reported by business partners and provide solutions in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for communications to individual users, provide regular status updates, work closely with other technology groups including Application development, database administration, and various infrastructure teams within Client. Some of the other key responsibilities of this role include identifying and implementing solutions to optimize operating efficiency of production systems and processes as well as managing and executing scheduled events in the production environment, such as disaster recovery testing, platform upgrades and Audit/compliance/regulatory requests.
