This is a PRN weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) position working 7am to 7pm.

You will play a vital role in providing diagnostic evaluations and supporting patient care in various settings, including urgent care and emergency medicine. Responsibilities

• Conduct x-ray imaging and CT exam procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocol.
• Prepare patients for radiologic/CT procedures and ensures their comfort and safety during exams.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to interpret imaging results.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to patients' confidentiality guidelines.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during procedures.

Requirements

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) holding RT-R and RT-CT certifications.
• Associates degree in Radiologic Technology from accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
• High School diploma
• Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist/CT Tech of more than 10 years is preferred.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of EHR Systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $50.00 per hour
