Are you working toward your Healthcare Administrator License and looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on operational leadership experience?

We are seeking an Operations Manager to support the daily operations of multiple healthcare facilities while developing the skills necessary for future Administrator-level responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with a Bachelor's degree who is actively pursuing licensure and wants exposure to admissions, census growth, process improvement, compliance, systems management, and facility operations.

You will work closely with executive leadership and facility teams to improve operational performance, create consistency across locations, and drive accountability through data, systems, and process improvement.

What You'll Do

• Support operational initiatives across multiple facilities to improve efficiency and performance
• Monitor admissions, referrals, census trends, and operational metrics
• Assist with implementing and maintaining standardized processes and workflows
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions
• Partner with facility leadership to improve communication, accountability, and execution
• Track key performance indicators and develop reports for leadership review
• Help create and maintain policies, procedures, and standard operating processes
• Support training and onboarding efforts related to operational systems and workflows
• Ensure accurate use of company systems and reporting tools
• Participate in special projects related to growth, compliance, and operational improvement
• Work closely with leadership to gain exposure to healthcare administration and facility operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Currently pursuing, or eligible to pursue, a Healthcare Administrator License
• 2+ years of leadership, operations, healthcare, or management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and operational metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow into a healthcare leadership role
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, behavioral health, or healthcare operations
• Exposure to admissions, census development, business office, or compliance functions
• Experience leading projects, teams, or process improvement initiatives
• Interest in becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) or Healthcare Administrator
