OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, the Clinical Supervisor (CS) supervises staff in the Full Service Partnership Wraparound (FSPW) program to ensure individualized services for high needs youth and families. The CS ensures fidelity to identified practices such as High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW), Multisystemic Therapy (MST), etc. The CS supports clinical and administrative operations to meet contractual requirements.

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm; Schedule flexibility details included in Qualifications section.

SALARY: $92,000 Annually.

Position is eligible for a bonus incentive twice per year up to $7,688.

Must possess a license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Eligible and qualified to provide clinical supervision per BBS regulations is highly desired.

Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

At least 3 years’ experience working with seriously disturbed children, adolescents, and families, and experience in engaging parents as partners and working successfully with families from diverse ethnic and cultural groups is required.

Previous experience with EPSDT billing and documentation is highly desired.

One year of supervisory responsibilities in a community mental health setting is preferred.

Driving is an essential function of this job. As such, employees in this position will be required to furnish their own vehicle to be used in the course of employment. A valid driver’s license and minimum insurance coverage is also required. Must be at least 21 years old.

Due to the nature of the program, a flexible work schedule is required including non-traditional business hours, some weekends and on-call rotation coverage.
