Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) who is passionate about patient care, enjoys practicing independently, and thrives in a telehealth environment.

This is a fully remote 1099 independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and production-based compensation. You will manage your own patient schedule while working within established clinical protocols and collaborating with our experienced administrative and clinical support staff.

This role is ideal for providers looking to supplement existing income or build a long-term telehealth practice with substantial earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient evaluations via secure telehealth platform
• Diagnose and treat common primary care conditions
• Manage medical weight loss patients
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 medications when appropriate
• Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (BHRT/TRT)
• Manage peptide therapy patients
• Order and interpret laboratory testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Document encounters in our electronic medical record
• Collaborate with clinical support staff regarding patient follow-up
• Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and clinical quality

Minimum Qualifications

Required

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP-C or FNP-BC)
• Active unrestricted Wyoming NP license
• Active unrestricted DEA registration valid in Wyoming
• Minimum of 2 years independent clinical experience as an NP
• Comfortable practicing independently via telehealth
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and private home office
• Ability to work efficiently with electronic medical records

Preferred Qualifications

Licensure in any of the following states is highly preferred:

• Utah
• Arizona
• North Dakota
• South Dakota
• Idaho
• Colorado
• Montana

Additional multi-state licensure is viewed favorably as our practice continues to expand.

Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred:

• GLP-1 weight management
• Hormone replacement therapy
• Functional medicine
• Peptide therapy
• Lifestyle medicine
• Telehealth
• Cash-pay practice models

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

Providers are compensated based on patient encounters using a production-based model. Compensation is directly tied to productivity, allowing motivated providers to significantly increase their earnings while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Providers determine their own availability. Opportunities are available for both part-time and near full-time schedules based on patient demand.

Production-Based 1099 Independent Contractor

Competitive per-patient compensation with exceptional earning potential for highly productive providers.
