The Job
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will source, recruit, interview, and recommend placement of internal and external candidates for all levels of positions, predominantly for executive and professional roles. You will work with all levels of management across the organization, including the President’s team, on recruitment for positions requiring national and focused talent searches. You will help carry out our Christian organization’s mission, vision, and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Keep Christ central in individual and corporate life. Actively participate in and contribute to the spiritual disciplines of the organization (Christian conduct, devotions, chapel, prayer, worship); incorporate WV Core Values into decisions within the scope of the role.
- Create, edit, and publish employment advertising that attracts skilled, professional, and Christian applicants.
- Research and source new recruiting avenues within specific professional fields to fulfill organizational needs.
- Maintain effective working relationships with multiple client groups at all leadership levels within the organization to ensure understanding and support of short- and long-term business plans.
- Collaborate with internal clients to design specific recruitment and selection processes and effectively administer selection and placement processes to meet those needs.
- Interview and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers for consideration.
- Extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salaries with appropriate internal parties. Coordinate and oversee arrangements for relocation as necessary.
- Design, select, and administer a variety of screening tools, including assessment centers.
- Facilitate employment plans and practices, ensuring an equitable, nondiscriminatory application that meets EEO guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws in relation to the employment process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (eight years) work experience.
2. In addition to education or education equivalent, requires a minimum of five years of recruiting experience.
3. Experience managing high volume requisition loads successfully
4. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and also thrive in collaborative environments.
Salary & Benefits
WVUS Pay Grade Level: 225
