We serve companies that rely on their fleets every day and are tired of rising insurance costs, zero driver visibility, and software vendors who overpromise and disappear. We listen, build around the customer's needs, and stick around as a long-term partner.
Now we're building out a dedicated sales team, and that creates a real opening for a Business Development Representative who wants to be part of building something, not just filling a seat.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Qualifying prospects based on fleet size, industry fit, pain points, and purchasing intent
- Booking and confirming qualified meetings for the sales team
- Maintaining accurate records of all outreach activity, pipeline status, and follow-up tasks inside the CRM
- Researching target accounts and personalizing outreach to improve connection and conversion rates
- Participating in regular coaching and performance reviews to sharpen skills and hit activity benchmarks

- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to hold engaging, confident conversations with business owners
- Written communication that is clear, professional, and persuasive
- Highly organized with a disciplined approach to follow-up and pipeline management
- A competitive mindset balanced with genuine coachability — you want to win and you're willing to be coached on how to get there
What We Offer:
- $2,000/month guaranteed base pay
- $75 for every qualified meeting booked
- $100 for every meeting that results in a closed deal
- 100% remote position
- 40 hours of sick time accrued annually
- 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of tenure
