Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Provide customers quotes, selection, and product information daily to assist with their car buying experience!
• Assist daily with Internet sales by utilizing our CRM system and processes to achieve appointments and sales goals.
• Promptly assist any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lots.
• Demonstrate (test drive) new and used vehicles with customers.
• Understand the importance of customer service!
• Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of CHEVROLET vehicles & technology.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a desire to succeed. Automotive sales representatives come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience.
• Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service.
• Strong phone skills and sales aptitude needed.
• Positive attitude with a desire to win.
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Excellent professional appearance, verbal/written communication skills, strong phone and appointment setting skills a must.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the appointment and follow through until the sale is closed.
• Valid and clean driver's license
• Must be able to work Saturdays
