This team takes a disciplined, financially sustainable, and hands-on approach.

The Senior Insurance Systems Product Owner is responsible for owning and optimizing CIC’s core insurance systems and related applications end to end. This role serves as the primary strategic and operational bridge between CIC business partners, Information Services, and third-party vendors, ensuring that systems capabilities effectively support underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, and reporting needs. This position requires hands-on experience with insurance policy administration systems and a strong working knowledge of core insurance operations; candidates without direct insurance systems experience are unlikely to succeed in this role.

The incumbent will act as lead Product Owner for multiple enterprise platforms, translating business strategy and operational needs into prioritized system enhancements, stable releases, and measurable outcomes. This role requires deep understanding of insurance operations, strong systems acumen, and the ability to independently drive delivery in a complex, regulated environment.

Currently, hybrid work environment, which requires working in CIC's office Tuesdays through Thursdays and flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Salary Range: $90,400 - $120,000

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
