Position Overview

The Data Entry Representative will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and maintaining various types of data in company databases and records systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately input and update customer, project, and inventory data into company systems.

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entries.

Maintain organized and confidential digital and paper records.

Prepare and generate data reports for management and team use.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Handle sensitive company and customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Perform additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Previous experience as a Data Entry Representative, Clerk, or similar administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.

Strong typing speed and high level of accuracy.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
