Job Summary

We are currently looking for a motivated and curious Financial Advisor Assistant / Paraplanner to grow with us. If you're excited to learn, eager to contribute, and value working in a team where your voice matters—we would love to meet you. You’ll support senior advisors in building customized financial plans, managing client relationships, and staying ahead of the curve on market trends. This is a hands-on learning opportunity with real responsibility, mentorship from experienced advisors, and room to grow.

Duties

Interact with clients and prospects to support their service needs, requests and relationship management;

Assist in the development of financial plans tailored to client goals;

Assist advisors on investment research and portfolio analysis;

Prepare meeting materials, reports, and client communications;

Draft, submit, and track new account applications for investment products such as securities and insurance;

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences;

Keep current on new financial products, planning tools, and industry news

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree

Experience in securities brokerage, finance, banking, or insurance industries

Industry designations like ChFC or CFP is a bonus

Excellent communication skills and a natural client-first mindset

Strong attention to detail and organization

Proficiency in technology productivity tools (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, Excel BI, Claude)

Experience with financial planning tools is a bonus. We currently utilize; Redtail, eMoney, Precise FP, Zocks, Nitrogen, Morning Star, Dorsey Wright, Albridge, Docusign, Docupace, Laser apps,

Series 7 and 65/63 or 66 licenses

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
