Han's Laser is a global leader in industrial laser technology and intelligent manufacturing solutions. Founded in 1996, the company develops and manufactures advanced laser equipment, automation systems, and precision manufacturing solutions serving industries including electronics, semiconductors, automotive, new energy, medical devices, and consumer products.

We are expanding the North American semiconductor equipment market, plan to establish a small sales and service office in the United States. The office will be responsible for customer development, business cooperation, and after-sales service. For the optical fiber industry, potential customers will include telecommunications operators, data center operators, cloud computing and storage companies, optical cable manufacturers, power communication companies, and defense and specialized communications customers.

Operating Model

U.S. Sales Team + China Technical Team

The China headquarters will serve as the primary R&D and manufacturing center, while the U.S. office will function as the North American market hub.

Based on this operating model, the company plans to recruit four employees in Austin, Texas.

About the position

General Manager is Responsible for the overall operation and management of the North American market, maintaining relationships with key customers, coordinating teams in China and the United States, achieving sales targets, and participating in negotiations for major commercial contracts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• At least 5 years of sales experience in the optical communications industry
• At least 3 years of team management experience
• Willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in optical communications, telecommunications equipment, data center infrastructure, networking equipment, or related industries
• Familiarity with the U.S. telecommunications and data center industry value chains
• Established relationships with telecommunications operators or large data center customers, or international business development experience in the optical communications industry
• Experience participating in international trade shows and exhibitions
