Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland, and functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Conduct parent/caregiver training sessions
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care
• Support ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA services

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active North Carolina LBA licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
