Assistant Director of Corporate Partnerships (Full-time)
The College of Westchester, an Associate degree- and Baccalaureate degree-granting college, is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Corporate Partnerships.
The Assistant Director of Corporate Partnerships is a hands-on, externally focused role responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the college’s Corporate Partners Program. This program provides significant tuition discounts—50% for partner employees and 25% for their family members—offering accessible pathways to higher education at The College of Westchester.
This position requires a do-er: someone who can generate leads, cultivate relationships, deliver presentations, support employee-students, and oversee all partnership activity. As the program grows, the role may evolve into a broader leadership position, but the immediate focus is building and managing the pipeline and ensuring a seamless experience for partner companies and their employees.
The Assistant Director will represent The College in a manner that will effectively support the pursuit of The College’s strategic enrollment and student/graduate outcomes objectives.
