Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team (base + commission). This role is paid an hourly base between $18-$20/hr, depending on education and experience. This position is eligible for generous monthly commissions based on gross sales. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have strong people skills as well as understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and close sales/complete enrollments. Responsibilities

• Build our reputation as the fun, effective home of excellent supplemental math.
• Development & execute fun and engaging marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media, creating engaging content.
• Enroll new families. Retain existing Families. Manage customer relationships.
• Manage events in center and in the community.
• Learn, deliver & promote the Mathnasium Method for supplemental math education.
• Enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

Experience

• Event planning, and promotions.
• Direct sales, customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Facebook and Instagram Advertising, and other online ad platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of website management is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing is advantageous, but not required.
• Tutoring experience and math skills a "plus"

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
