Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to join our team at a mixed-income apartment community consisting of market-rate and HUD-subsidized housing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of the property.
• Market and lease market-rate apartments.
• Respond to inquiries, conduct apartment tours, and process lease applications.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents.
• Assist with rent collection, notices, legal documentation as needed.
• Conduct HUD applicant interviews process certifications and required paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and HUD regulations.
• Maintain organized records and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience is required.
• Leasing experience is strongly recommended.
• HUD experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
