Responsibilities include:

· Working closely with a wide range of clients

· Writing, verbal, analytical and research skills

· Matter management and client interaction

· Providing quick turnarounds for clients, including day-to-day legal work and client progress reports

· Time keeping

· Deadline responses and filings
