ABOUT THE POSITION

Gleeson Consulting is conducting a confidential search for a Registered Client Services Associate to join this Wichita-based practice in a full-time, on-site capacity.

This role sits at the operational core of the practice. You will serve as the primary liaison between the firm’s advisors, clients, and custodians — managing the new business process for registered products from submission through completion, handling ongoing client service needs, and ensuring every detail is executed with accuracy and care.

The ideal candidate holds active securities registrations, brings direct experience as a registered assistant in a financial advisory or brokerage environment, and is genuinely comfortable owning complex processes with minimal supervision. This is not a sales role. It is a detail-intensive, relationship-centered operations role where your precision and follow-through directly impact client outcomes and advisor trust.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end new business process for registered products, including application preparation, submission, follow-up, and account setup
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, service requests, and follow-up inquiries
• Process and manage registered product cases accurately and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with custodians and home offices to resolve requirements and move cases forward efficiently
• Prepare advisors for client meetings, including pulling account information, organizing materials, and managing pre-meeting logistics
• Accept and process trade requests accurately in accordance with firm and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records and files
• Support advisors in ongoing client relationship management and review preparation
• Stay current with compliance requirements and industry regulations
• Maintain active securities registrations as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Series 7 required
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 required
• SIE required
• Prior experience as a registered assistant or in a registered client services role is required
• Experience in a financial advisory or broker-dealer environment strongly preferred
• Familiarity with financial planning processes and client financial plan support preferred
• Experience with eMoney or similar financial planning software a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High professional standards, discretion, and sound judgment
• Experience with Wealthbox, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Compensation

• Base salary: $75,000–$95,000, commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonus potential
