UpliftForLife.com is expanding and looking for motivated individuals who enjoy helping people and are interested in building a career in the financial services and life insurance industry.

Whether you are experienced or completely new to the industry, we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a proven system designed to help new agents develop quickly and succeed.

This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling and the ability to work part-time or full-time. This position uses a commission and bonus pay structure.

What You'll Do

• Educate individuals and families about Life Insurance and Living Benefits products
• Help clients understand life insurance policies that can be used while living due to qualifying illnesses or health events
• Assist clients with retirement planning and tax-advantaged retirement strategies
• Learn about annuities and wealth-building concepts
• Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective clients
• Follow up with leads and provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentorship programs
• Build long-term relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable using technology for virtual meetings and communication
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Life Insurance License is a plus, but not required. You will be required to obtain a Life Insurance license if you do not already have one.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others, have a strong work ethic, and want to build a rewarding career in the financial services industry. Previous experience in sales, customer service, banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, or financial services is helpful but not required.

Compensation

• Commission-based pay (1099 independent contractor role)
• Performance-based compensation; no income cap
• No base salary, hourly wage or employee benefits
• Expected earnings: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year
• Opportunities for additional bonuses and advancement

Licensing & Compliance

• Candidates must obtain and maintain a valid Life Insurance License in their resident state prior to selling.
