Client Relationship Associate
Full-Time Position | In-Office | Missouri City Area [Houston]

Benzer Capital is a boutique fiduciary wealth management firm in Southwest Houston serving affluent entrepreneurial families. We work in our clients' best interest to provide customized multi-generational asset management, estate and advanced planning. We are looking for an individual who is diligent and provides high quality support to the Practice and our Clients.
Position Overview
This position is for a motivated and career-oriented individual with positive and pleasant demeanor to join our firm and step into an instrumental role. Help conduct the smooth operation and planning of a productive and efficient wealth management office.
In this role, you will build and maintain deep client relationships, deliver exceptional client experience, and contribute to the growth of the firm while working alongside a highly skilled, diligent team.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Areas of assistance to Principal Advisor:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client relationships
- Assist in conducting discovery meetings, strategic planning sessions, and regular progress reviews
- Work alongside team members to build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Deliver consistent white-glove client experiences with high-touch finesse
- Assist Principal Advisor cultivate relationships with prospective clients through networking and referrals
- Clearly demonstrate and communicate Benzer Capital's unique value proposition
- Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through networking and referrals
Financial Planning and Advisory
Areas of assistance to Planning Director:
- Develop and present comprehensive financial plans addressing investment management, estate planning, tax optimization, and wealth transfer
- Analyze client financial situations and provide customized recommendations aligned with their goals
- Monitor and adjust financial strategies in response to market conditions and life changes
- Collaborate with internal team and external experts (CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance specialists) to deliver integrated solutions
Client Service and Office Support
Areas of assistance to Client Service Associate:
- Maintain thorough documentation of all client interactions and recommendations
- Ensure all activities adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilize firm systems to manage client workflows
- Protect client confidentiality and maintain the highest ethical standards
- Manage client visits, calls, emails, client questions, and correspondence
- Prepare proposals, account opening and maintenance.
- Follow Benzer Model to set up and update client profiles and financial lives
- Respond to ad hoc requests, coordinate/track projects
- Manage office and office environment including both physical presentation and professional demeanor.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing financial services, wealth management, or financial advisory
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment principles, financial planning concepts, and wealth management strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of personal organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Commitment to working in-office in the Missouri City area
- Alignment with fiduciary principles and client-first values
Other qualifications and skills we value

- Experience serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, etc.)
- Work with custodians such as Schwab, Fidelity, etc.
Compensation, Benefits and Other Details
- Full Time, on site – Missouri City TX 77459, 90-day probation
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
