AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and business owners in person to present AT&T wireless services, devices, and plan options
• Explain AT&T product features, device upgrades, and connectivity solutions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
• Assist customers with plan changes, device selections, activations, and account updates
• Maintain accuracy when handling customer information, applications, and service requests
• Stay up to date on AT&T wireless products, promotions, and industry technology

Qualifications for an AT&T Wireless Associate

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Previous sales, retail, customer service, telecommunications, or AT&T Wireless Associate experience is a plus but not required
