Job Overview:

You will be the face of the company in the community. Your primary responsibility is to engage homeowners, share information about our services, and schedule free, no-obligation estimates with our expert sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Home services, answer questions, and generate interest in our products.

• Engage Homeowners: Have meaningful conversations with homeowners to understand their needs and explain how We can improve their homes look with high-quality products like roofline lighting.
• Schedule Free Estimates: Set appointments for homeowners to receive a free estimate for our services
• Track and Report Activity: Accurately document interactions, including homeowner information and scheduled appointments, in a provided CRM.
• Maintain Professionalism: Represent a positive attitude and professionalism while providing excellent customer service to all homeowners you interact with.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with homeowners and explaining services clearly and persuasively.
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to stay motivated, work independently, and meet performance targets
• Self-Starter: Must be proactive, organized, and able to handle a flexible schedule with minimal supervision.
• Reliability: Must be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts on time.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Previous Experience (Preferred but not required): Experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus but not necessary
• Competitive Pay: Earn a weekly base plus performance-based commissions.

This paid position offers comprehensive training to help you succeed in outside and inside sales roles while building valuable skills in negotiation, territory management, and customer relationship building.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
