About the Role
Rocket Daddy LLC is looking for a motivated, curious builder to join our Tallahassee team. This versatile position blends web development, data analysis, AI experimentation, system design, telephony programming, and security technology work. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain web-based applications and internal tools
- Perform data analysis on system metrics, user behavior, security logs, telephony data, and AI outputs to generate insights and improvements
- Design systems, integrate AI tools, and build automation workflows
- Learn and implement telephony/VoIP programming (Twilio, Asterisk, SIP, etc. — full training provided)
- Assist with security technology installations, configuration, and management (cameras, access control, alarms, etc.)
- Troubleshoot, iterate, and continuously improve our platforms
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React/Node.js, Python, .Net or similar)
- Solid programming experience and interest in data analysis (SQL, Python/pandas, dashboards, etc. — training available)
- Passion for AI, modern “vibe coding” tools, and system design
- Eagerness to learn telephony and security systems (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Hands-on mindset for installations and real-world problem solving
- Must live in the Tallahassee area
- Reliable, self-motivated, and excited to work on diverse projects
