We are seeking a well experienced, highly confident, self-motivated, results oriented and successful Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through new sales. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about creating opportunities for everyone involved while simultaneously delivering honest value for customers. Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify and pursue new market segments and potential clients through research and networking
• Create and manage the sales pipeline utilizing CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

Requirements

• Proven ability to win new business
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry
• Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for growth strategies
• Familiarity with marketing principles to support lead generation efforts
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding business portfolios

Compensation
