The Principal Consultant is a senior advisor who brings real-world leadership and operating experience to client engagements. Our consultants are former business and technology leaders who have led organizations, built teams, owned budgets, driven transformation, and delivered measurable business results. They have earned credibility by leading change inside complex organizations, not by advising from the sidelines.

This is not a career consulting role. Candidates should have held senior leadership positions, typically at the Senior Director or Vice President level, within established organizations generating $250M+ in annual revenue. They combine deep functional expertise with strong business acumen to help clients solve strategic and operational challenges.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates should possess:

• Senior leadership experience at the Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level.
• A minimum of 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading significant business, technology, operations, or transformation initiatives within organizations generating $250M+ in annual revenue.
• Direct accountability for strategy, budgets, organizational leadership, and measurable business outcomes.
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and communicate effectively with CEOs, Boards, and senior stakeholders.

Hiring Philosophy

We hire proven operators, not career consultants. Our Principal Consultants have led divisions and departments, owned business outcomes, navigated complex challenges, and delivered measurable results inside companies with $250M+ in annual revenue. They bring executive leadership, practical experience, and sound business judgment to help clients solve their most important business and technology challenges.

Pay: $135.00 - $165.00 per hour
