Position Overview:

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist (PharmD) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is clinically driven, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a modern pharmacy focused on both specialty therapeutics and customized compounded medications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense prescriptions in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee and ensure accuracy in non-sterile compounding processes
• Provide patient counseling on specialty and compounded medications
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize therapy outcomes
• Support prior authorizations, medication access, and patient adherence initiatives
• Maintain compliance with USP standards and pharmacy best practices
• Contribute to workflow optimization and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of NY(or eligible)
• Experience in specialty pharmacy preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
