Overview:
The Financial Planner will be responsible for supporting clients and advisors by preparing financial plans, managing client information, and assisting in client meetings and follow-up. This role involves analyzing financial data, using planning and investment software, and ensuring client information is accurate, organized, and up to date. The Financial Planner will collaborate closely with advisors and support staff to deliver excellent client service while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards. Over time, the role may include managing client relationships and contributing to business growth through strong communication and proactive service.
Duties:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives
Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with clients' needs and objectives
Provide recommendations on investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning
Monitor and review clients' financial situations regularly to ensure their plans are on track
Handle client service requests or in depth account performance details
Collaborate with other professionals such as accountants and attorneys to address complex client needs
Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial planning industry
