Brighter Strides ABA is growing throughout Maryland, and we're looking for an experienced BCBA/LBA to join our Clinical Support Team.

As Brighter Strides continues to expand its telehealth and hybrid service delivery models throughout Maryland, we are seeking an experienced BCBA/LBA to serve as a Clinical Support BCBA. This role is designed to enhance the quality and effectiveness of services by providing in-person clinical support to clients and families receiving ongoing telehealth supervision.

Rather than managing a traditional caseload, this BCBA will partner with clinical teams across the state to strengthen treatment implementation, support caregiver engagement, and ensure meaningful clinical oversight in natural environments. Through regular field visits, direct observations, caregiver collaboration, and in-person supervision, this position helps bridge the gap between virtual clinical guidance and real-world application.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys building relationships with families, supporting clinical excellence, and creating positive outcomes through hands-on collaboration across multiple service areas.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with telehealth BCBAs to provide in-person clinical support across Maryland
• Conduct field-based observations to assess treatment implementation and client progress
• Facilitate caregiver training and coaching to promote skill generalization and long-term success
• Support RBT competency development through in-person supervision, feedback, and performance monitoring
• Strengthen collaboration between families, technicians, and remote clinical teams
• Identify opportunities to enhance treatment effectiveness and caregiver participation
• Assist with assessments, treatment plan reviews, and clinical observations as needed
• Ensure services are delivered with fidelity and aligned with individualized treatment goals
• Provide valuable clinical insight to support data-driven decision-making and treatment adjustments
• Serve as an extension of the clinical team, helping maintain strong engagement and quality outcomes across telehealth-supported cases
• Complete clinical documentation, supervision notes, and required reports in a timely manner
• Collaborate with Regional Clinical Directors and operational teams to support service excellence
• Support onboarding, transition planning, and continuity of care initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (Required)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required)
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (Required)
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities
• Experience providing caregiver training and clinical supervision
• Strong observational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple clinical teams
• Comfortable traveling throughout Maryland on a regular basis
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
