The Role

As a Behavioral Therapist (RBT, BCaBA, BCBA), you will work 1:1 with clients in-center, at school, or within the community. Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will implement individualized treatment plans that foster skill acquisition, social interaction, and daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Therapy: Deliver 1:1 behavioral interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Data Collection: Meticulously collect and document progress data to inform treatment adjustments.
• Skill Building: Assist clients with essential life skills, including communication, self-care, and adaptive behaviors.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Professionalism: Maintain confidential medical records (HIPAA compliance) and attend regular staff training/meetings.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Character: Deep compassion and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for professional reporting and team collaboration.

Preferred Experience:

• Certification: RBT, BCaBA, BCBA or current BCBA students.
• Clinical Hours: 2,000+ hours of supervised clinical experience.
• Specialized Knowledge: Experience with challenging behaviors and proficiency in Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Background: One year of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
