We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team! Work anywhere for only 5 hours per day (9am-12am, 4pm-6pm)

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing prompt assistance to clients and visitors
• Answering inquiries, and direct them appropriately
• Assist with office management tasks like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organizing meetings
• Support client communication efforts by proofreading correspondence with attention to detail

Requirements

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry software such as QuickBooks
• Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing outstanding customer support
• Answer for multiple businesses and keep multiple phone numbers organized
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
• Positive, service oriented, helping to ensure high-quality client communication
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and demonstrate technical proficiency in various productivity software tools
