We are growing our AT&T Wireless team and are looking for motivated individuals to help support customers and local businesses with mobile and internet solutions. As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you'll engage directly with business clients in face-to-face environments, guiding them through wireless plans, devices, and connectivity options tailored to their needs.

In this AT&T Wireless Associate role, you will serve as a professional representative of AT&T—educating customers, promoting wireless services, and ensuring every interaction is clear, accurate, and solution-focused. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, communicating value, and working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. No wireless or telecom experience is required—we provide the training needed to succeed.

AT&T Wireless Associate Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and business owners in person to present AT&T wireless services, devices, and plan options
• Explain wireless features, device upgrades, and connectivity solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• Assist customers with plan changes, device selections, and account updates
• Accurately complete customer applications and service enrollments
• Stay current on AT&T products, promotions, and wireless technology
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per week
