Established State Farm agency in South Forsyth is seeking a motivated Financial Services Representative to join our growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in financial services, investments, banking, insurance, or wealth management who are looking for a long-term career with significant growth potential.

This role combines insurance and financial services and offers the opportunity to work with an established client base while building your own business development.

Duties

• Build and maintain client relationships

• Conduct conversations around financial goals, protection planning, and retirement needs

• Identify opportunities for insurance and financial services solutions

• Generate new business through referrals, marketing, and relationship-building

• Meet production and growth goals

• Cross-sell insurance and financial services products

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow-up process

• Obtain required insurance licenses and financial services registrations if not already licensed

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional, coachable, and motivated by performance and commission

• Willingness to obtain, or already hold the required Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses and/or a Series 63, Series 65, or other financial services certifications

• Background in banking, investments, insurance, financial services, or wealth management

• Sales experience with production goals

Our office is located in South Forsyth. Evan Profeta has been a State Farm agent since 2005 and currently has 6 team members at his agency. His agency has received awards including Ambassador Travel, Chairman’s Circle, Legion of Honor, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
