Job Summary:

Liberty Roofing Center is a leader in the sales and delivery of roofing shingles and building materials for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, with locations throughout the Eastern USA.

We are seeking aggressive and self-motivated sales representatives with a hunter mentality who are driven to exceed goals. In this role, you will manage your territory to drive sales and market share growth by leveraging approved sales and marketing strategies while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Sell IKO Shingles and related IKO residential roofing accessories to new prospects
• Develop and support IKO Shield and IKO Shield Pro+ contractors in the territory
• Create and execute a business plan to meet sales targets and customer needs
• Grow customer base by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline through CRM tools
• Meet regularly with the Branch Manager to review sales pipeline and strategy
• Increase year-over-year product sales and market share in the assigned territory
• Conduct weekly product and program presentations to contractors and builders
• Provide product knowledge training and demo sessions to customers
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers and internal teams
• Generate leads through cold calling and proactive outreach
• Attend company-provided training, meetings, and industry events as required
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues in the field
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, or 3–5 years of inside sales experience ready to transition to outside sales
• Experience in building products sales or working with roofing contractors, builders, or architects is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must successfully pass a background check
