Requirements & Qualifications:

1. A Class B or A CDL with an air brake and passenger endorsement (CDL assistance available in some instances).
2. Individuals must be at least 22 years old
3. A professional and neat appearance
4. Individuals must be able to lift 75 lbs. from time to time
5. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and reference checks. Must be willing to participate in our random drug and alcohol testing program
6. High moral character, and a flexible attitude
7. Willingness to travel and be gone overnight
8. Good driving record

Position Summary:

What is a day-in-the-life like? Motorcoach drivers arrive at the shop and perform DOT required pre-trip inspection, travel in the motorcoach to pick up your group, and then the adventure begins! Trips can be as short as a two-hour airport transfer, to a day trip across town or across the state, or even an overnight or multi-day trip where you truly get to know your group. Positions are available full and part time. Full time drivers earn up between $60,000-75,000 per year plus gratuities based on working 5 days a week. Part-time drivers need to be able to work an average of 10 days a month including most weekends. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off for holidays and vacations, 401K with company match, bonuses, and much more.
