As a Technical CAD Designer, you will serve as the primary technical architect for complex system layouts and custom client solutions. You will drive project success by translating customer requirements into precise technical documentation, ensuring every design is optimized for both performance and manufacturability.

• Create detailed CAD drawings, wiring schematics, and enclosure layouts to support diverse product lines.
• Ensure all technical designs adhere to rigorous industry standards, safety codes, and manufacturing requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide expert guidance on system applications and custom product configurations.
• Deliver high-level technical support to resolve complex installation and integration challenges.
• Standardize engineering templates and documentation workflows to increase design efficiency and consistency.
• Participate in client-facing consultations to provide technical recommendations and project oversight.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for complex mechanical and electrical design.
• Proven experience within fire alarm, life safety, or low-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a focus on system design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
