Join our team as a Cashier and Donut Shop Barista, where your passion for coffee, donuts and customer service will shine! In this dynamic role, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers, expertly prepares delicious beverages, and ensures a delightful experience. This is a early morning job with shifts starting as early as 5:00 am.

Our hours of operations are 5am-1pm

What you’ll do

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and donuts.
• Operate Toast systems efficiently for smooth transactions.
• Manage cash handling with accuracy, including processing payments and providing change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area and donut shop, adhering to food safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and seamless service.

Basic qualifications

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
• Great customer service

Preferred qualifications

• Previous barista experience or coffee experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including food safety practices.
• Experience in cashiering or sales within the food industry is a plus.
