Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, including ingredient handling and setup for meal service or catering events
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
• Contribute to food service operations by helping with light food prep and ensuring smooth kitchen workflow
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms through regular cleaning routines
• Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
• Follow all food handling safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations

Skills

• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with food preparation, serving, or bussing enhances your versatility in the role
• Strong teamwork skills to support kitchen staff, servers, and event setups
• Familiarity with culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities quickly and effectively
