Our client is a highly respected multi-state healthcare operator with a proven track record of operational excellence across more than 40 facilities throughout the United States.
As part of an ambitious growth strategy, the organization is launching a dedicated Behavioural Mental Health & Drug Rehabilitation Division, focused on delivering exceptional, evidence-based treatment and recovery services to individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
The division launches with four established facilities across the Midwest and East Coast and is supported by a well-capitalized growth plan that includes strategic acquisitions, service-line expansion, and geographic development.
This is a unique executive leadership opportunity to build, shape, and scale a national behavioral health platform from the ground up while making a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, families, and communities.
The Opportunity
The Chief Operating Officer will serve as the senior operational executive for the newly established Behavioural Mental Health & Drug Rehabilitation Division.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the COO will be responsible for creating and leading the operational infrastructure required to support rapid growth while maintaining exceptional standards of clinical quality, patient outcomes, compliance, and financial performance.
This role requires a visionary yet hands-on leader who has successfully managed multi-site behavioral health, addiction treatment, rehabilitation, or related healthcare operations and is excited by the challenge of building a high-growth platform.
As the division expands, the COO will play a central role in acquisition integration, operational strategy, leadership development, and organizational scalability.
