Join our team as an MSO/Title Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in managing new and used trailer sales paperwork, title processing, and inventory. Duties

• Process MSO titles and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers, manufacturers, and sales staff via phone, email, and in-person to coordinate title processing and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize QuickBooks, Outlook and Excel to input data, generate reports, and maintain organized records.
• Assist with processing new inventory when trailers are delivered.
• Update website and spread sheets as trailers are put into inventory.
• Process trade in trailers.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective client communication across diverse customer bases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent communication skills including phone etiquette and public speaking to engage clients confidently.
• Experience in cashiering or customer service roles that require high-end sales skills and retail math proficiency.
• Answer phone, take detailed messages and greet customers

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
